Overview
Introduction
This test is an implementation of the MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 test using ByteBlower Test Framework.
The goal of the test is to verify the DOCSIS PIE AQM behavior in the presence and absence of LLD traffic, and evaluate the delay estimator.
This ByteBlower MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part test case allows you to:

End-results must be clear, easy-to-understand, and are intended to be used for comparison between vendors, please refer to our example report.
MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 basic requirements
Frame size to be used on Ethernet (size includes FCS): 200 bytes.
200ms packet interval.
LLD (Low Latency DOCSIS) capable modem.
MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 Test
The test consists of two procedures. Each procedure has 2 Classic flows running for 20 seconds each without stopping. The first Classic flow has a higher frame rate than the second, but both are over the limit set by the modem config file, so there will always be packet loss.
The difference between the two procedures is that the second procedure also has an LLD flow running for the full duration along with the two Classic flows.
The algorithm proceeds as follows:
Starting with Procedure 1, the first Classic flow is started for 20 seconds then the second Classic flow starts immediately after it without a pause.
The second Procedure then starts, where an LLD flow is started for 40 seconds and the first Classic flow is also started at the same time for 20 seconds. Once the first Classic flow ends, the seconds starts for another 20 seconds with no pause in between.
The data per interval for all Classic flows of both procedures is retrieved and analysed, then the report is created.

MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 test script execution flow goes through different stages
Initialization
This phase begins by importing the setup configuration from the configuration file.
Run MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 test
After validating and initializing the testing network, we proceed to the MULPIv4 LL-04.40 Part 1 test using the configuration provided. The two procedures of the test are executed one after the other.
